以ZnAc2·2H2O为原料,在非水条件下引入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)分散剂,通过80 ℃回流3 h形成前驱物,然后在50 ℃与LiOH·H2O反应,制备出小尺寸、单分散、稳定性高的ZnO量子点。探究了PVP包覆ZnO量子点的形成机理,以及PVP加量、体系温度、陈化时间与ZnO量子点的半径大小和稳定性之间的关系。采用TEM和XRD对制备产物的形貌和物相组成进行了表征,以紫外-可见分光光度计和荧光光谱仪研究了所合成ZnO量子点的光学特性。 |

The ZnO quantum dots with small size, good dispersion, high stability were prepared by the reaction of ZnO precursor and LiOH·H2O at 50 ℃. The ZnO precursor was prepared with ZnAc2·2H2O and polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) by a refluxing method in the non-aqueous solution at 80 ℃ for 3 h. The relationship among the additive amount of PVP, the system temperature, the aging time, the average size and the stability of ZnO quantum dots were studied and the formation mechanism of PVP-coated ZnO quantum dots were also researched. The morphology and phase composition of the products were characterized by TEM and XRD, and the optical properties were analyzed by UV-Vis spectrophotometer and spectrofluorophotometer. |
