二硫化钼(MoS2)纳米片是典型的类石墨烯二维纳米材料,具有出色的电学、光学、热学和力学性能,是当前研究的热点。综述了MoS2纳米片的制备方法,包括以微机械剥离法、锂离子插层法和液相超声法为代表的“自上而下”的剥离法和以化学气相沉积、水热合成等为主的“自下而上”的合成法。同时,介绍了MoS2纳米片在电化学生物传感器方面的研究现状和发展趋势。 |

Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nanosheet is graphene-like two-dimensional nanomaterials, which exhibits unusual electronic, optical, thermal and mechanical properties and is widely investigated recently. Here, the preparation methods of MoS2 nanosheet are reviewed. “Top-down” methods include micromechanical exfoliation, li-thium-based intercalation and liquid exfoliation, while the “bottom-up” approaches covered are chemical vapor deposition and hydrothermal synthesis. The current status and development tendency of MoS2 nanosheet in electrochemical biosensors are also summarized. |
